Sophia Blume is the Head of A&R for the GSA territory at Bosworth Music, which is part of Wise Music. Sophia has been working in the field of A&R since 2019, supporting composers developing their careers and travelling to festivals and conferences.
She works closely with artists across different fields, including theatre, stage productions, film, TV, advertising and talent development. In 2024, Sophia joined the jury of the festival and conference FiraB! Mallorca, helping to select the artist line-up. For her master’s degree, she moved to Berlin in 2012, where she began working as a student in the licensing department of a publishing company.
