Roy is veteran of the music industry with over 30 years collective experience in music publishing, sync licensing, music production, supervision, label management and A&R including time at Food Records (EMI) and consultant for Polygram Music. He also headed up music production company Riff Raff Music early 2000’s working with many major label signed artists and releases. He has achieved Gold, Silver and Platinum record sales in the UK and US.
An industry panellist for events across UK, USA, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain and France and Faeroe Islands.
As CEO of A&GSync, Power-Haus Creative and A&G Songs Ltd for the last 19 years, he oversees the independent agency and music publishing/label sides with operations in London and a global reach to clients, studios and agencies within film, TV, games and advertising, representing a high end quality roster of artists, labels, publishers and composers across the globe.
He has overseen the placement of artist music and composition including, Film & TV, Trailer, advertising, Games.
