Paulina Parvanov is the founder of Raspberry Soda, a Vienna-based live music agency and label. Over the past few years, she has played an active role in strengthening the European music industry—not only as a booker and artist manager, but also through various institutional positions. These include her work as Conference Manager at Waves Vienna, Project Manager at the Austrian Music Fund, and as a board member of both the record label trade associations VTMÖ and IMPALA, as well as the Austrian collecting society LSG.
In 2025, she is focused on LIME, a capacity-building programme for the small to mid-sized live music sector in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as on educational initiatives like the Mplus Music Business Academy.
