Mandy Salem-Aubry has worked in the international music business for thirty years and has deep expertise in music publishing. Through her company, MSA Music Services, she advises on publishing infrastructure, catalogue management, rights administration, and international royalty collection. She draws on many years of hands-on experience managing complex, high-value catalogues and building effective systems for clients operating across multiple markets.
She also works with music startups, supporting early-stage teams with strategy, communication, and investor readiness. Mandy regularly mentors professionals and founders through international programmes, offering practical guidance grounded in real industry experience.
She curates and moderates conference panels that centre on honest discussion and useful takeaways, and recently completed her second year as Conference Programme Coordinator for Athens Music Week.
Earlier in her career, Mandy spent a decade in international marketing and promotion at Roadrunner Records before moving into publishing administration at Fintage House. She later joined Songtrust, where she supported global growth and business development. She is a trained mental health first aider, speaks openly about menopause and freelance life, and is a former board member of the Association for Electronic Music.
