Magda is the Founder and CEO of Artist in Bloom, a dynamic development agency specializing in educational innovation for the creative industries. Her work bridges cutting-edge curriculum design with strategic career coaching, empowering artists, cultural professionals, and organizations to thrive in an ever-evolving music ecosystem.
Together with her team, she delivers tailored educational solutions for music industry professionals, cultural institutions, and policymakers—blending deep expertise in learning design, process innovation, and competency development. Her mission: to unlock potential and drive meaningful, future-oriented impact.
Magda has collaborated with a broad range of international partners, including the European Commission, Music Export Poland, European Music Exporters Exchange (EMEE), European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA), HEMI Incubator, SEWEM, Keychange, and Music Cities Network, among others. She has worked across festivals, universities, public institutions, and export offices that champion the role of music, arts, and culture in shaping modern society.
Currently, she leads the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme, a capacity-building initiative for emerging leaders and change-makers in the music industry. She also oversees the implementation of Music Week Poland: Upskilling Programme!—the first initiative of its kind, initiated by Culture Hub Poland, designed to support artists and managers participating in showcase festivals through strategic planning and competency development.
