Dr. Keith Nurse is President of the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts Trinidad and Tobago. He serves as an expert member of the UN Committee for Development Policy and the UNESCO Institute of Statistics. He is a former Senior Economist and Advisor on Structural Policies and Innovation at the OECD Development Centre, Paris and former World Trade Organization Chair at the University of the West Indies. He is the Chair of CaribbeanTales Worldwide Distribution, co-founder of the CaribbeanTales Incubator and steering committee member of the Cross Continental Forum which aims to decolonize co-productions. He has served as a consultant and advisor to several governments and international organizations and has published on a broad range of topics including trade policy, innovation governance, sustainable development, intellectual property and the creative economy. He is the executive producer of the documentary Forward Home: The Power of the Caribbean Diaspora.
