Damian Słonina is the Founder and CEO of Jaguarec, a leading Polish music publishing
company representing local songwriters and subpublishing commercial and production music
catalogues from around the world. With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Damian has built Jaguarec into a hub for music rights and creative collaboration.

Beyond rights administration, Damian has developed a strong focus on music for
media—assembling a top-tier sync team that actively places music in advertising, film, TV,
and digital content – including international projects.

Damian is known not just for his business acumen, but for his deep respect for creators. He
built his company on the belief that great music deserves not only to be heard but also to be
valued, making him a strong advocate for fair treatment and honest compensation for music
makers at every level.

He also serves on the board of PSWM (the Polish Music Publishers Association) and is a
member of the Executive Board of ZAiKS, Poland’s leading collective management
organization. Today, he’s keeping a close watch on the future of the music
industry—particularly the shifting legal landscape and the impact of new technologies.
