Alicja began her journey in the music industry as a musician, an experience that started her passion for supporting emerging talents. She is currently an organizer of wrOFF Showcase, a significant event for discovering and promoting rising musicians from Lower Silesia. She also organizes wrOFF Z Showcase, first such initiative in Poland designed to support young artists aged 15-21 as they take their first steps in the music industry. She has worked on numerous concert productions across Poland and collaborates with various musicians, helping them create effective promotional strategies to reach wider audiences.
She currently works as an assistant at the Estonian UCE Agency, where she supports the promotion of concerts across the Baltic region. Her international experience includes participating in the Baltic Artists in Development project, through which she established a strong network in Sweden, Estonia, and Ukraine.
Now based in Denmark, Alicja is pursuing her studies at Roskilde University, combining academic knowledge with her hands-on experience in the music industry to develop innovative and unique opportunities for artists. She loves working with people and sharing experiences.
