As the post-festival blues begins to set in, we find ourselves trying to grasp the final moments of the incredible adventure that was Music Week Poland. Over 60 thrilling concerts and deeply engaging panels—made possible by the vast knowledge and erudition of our international participants—left a lasting mark. The music will stay in our hearts; the words of wisdom, in our minds.
„The conclusion after four diverse, exhilarating evenings: Music Week Poland is an acoustic mirror of Warsaw—just as mysterious and full of contrast as the city itself. For now, it remains a hidden gem. With their language and boldness to embrace the unconventional, the many young bands create entirely new sonic textures,” wrote Louisa Zimmer in her review for the German newspaper Taz. We couldn’t agree more. But mind you—this hidden gem won’t stay hidden for long. Our mission is to educate, unite, and have fun.
We would, of course, like to thank everyone who helped make Music Week Poland possible. Culture Hub Poland and ZAiKS (The Polish Society of Authors and Composers)—without your trust and belief in our vision, this wouldn’t have happened.
Our gratitude also goes to our institutional partners: the Museum of Polish History, National Centre for Culture Poland, and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. A huge thank-you to our partners: Eventim, Polish Radio Trójka, and CRPK (Polish Creative Industries Development Center).
We are especially proud of our volunteers—they worked hard when it was time to work, and danced hard when it was time to dance. That’s exactly how it should be.
A big round of applause goes to the people behind the scenes: Knock Out Productions, who ensured the sound was as crystal clear as the artists intended, and our incredible photo team, who captured breathtaking images that will remind us just how unforgettable Music Week Poland truly was.
We hope to see you all next year!
