The application is free of charge. This year, the deadline for submissions was 10 December 2025. All artists were notified of the selection results by 28 February 2026, regardless of the outcome.

1. Who can apply?
- Open to solo artists, bands, and ensembles of all genres.
- Preference for original music (no cover bands).
- Artists from any country are welcome to apply.
2. Why apply?
- Perform in front of international and Polish music industry professionals.
- Gain exposure through festival media coverage and networking events.
- Selected team representatives will receive free accreditation for the conference and educational program at Music Week Poland.
- Selected artists may be invited to participate in industry panels or networking sessions.
- Some performances will be recorded and made available for promotional use.
3. What do I need to provide as part of my application?
To be considered, artists must provide:
- A short bio.
- Links to music (Spotify, Tidal, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.).
- Two high-resolution press photos (300 dpi).
- A technical rider.
- If applicable: social media and website links.
4. I've applied – what happens now?
- Artists are selected based on artistic quality, originality, and suitability for the festival.

5. What should I know about the showcase I might play?
- Showcases will take place in various venues across Warsaw’s city center.
- Each performance slot is approximately 30 minutes.
- Backline details will be shared with selected artists.

- Airports: Warsaw is served by Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) (main international hub) and Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI) (for budget airlines).
- Train & Bus: Direct train connections from Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and other European cities.
- Local Transport: An efficient public transport system (metro, trams, buses, ride-hailing apps like FreeNow and Bolt).
8. Financially and culturally speaking, what can I expect visiting Warsaw?
- Poland is affordable compared to Western Europe; expect fair prices for food, taxis, and nightlife.
- The currency is Polish Złoty (PLN) (€1 ≈ 4.25 PLN).
- English is widely spoken in urban areas, especially among young people and in the music industry.
