About Music Week Poland

Music Week Poland (MWP) is a showcase festival and conference celebrating Poland’s vibrant music scene and connecting industry professionals, artists, and fans from around the globe.

Festival Details

MWP will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from June 27–29, 2025. The conference will be held in the Polish History Museum, whereas the concerts will take place at various venues in Warsaw’s city center.

The showcase program will feature diverse performances by both Polish and international artists. Stay tuned for announcements!

Our panels will cover topics ranging from music industry trends to export opportunities, featuring top industry professionals. Details will be released soon.

MWP will offer workshops, panels, and keynotes for artists and professionals. Keep an eye on our website for updates.

We’re always open to partnerships that foster international exchange. If you would like to explore collaboration opportunities—whether through networking events, sponsorship, or other initiatives—please reach out to us.

Artists and Performances

Unfortunately, we are no longer collecting applications for this year’s edition. Next year, however, you are more than welcome to submit your application through our Open Call form.

Unfortunately, we are not conducting an open call for Polish artists in 2025. The lineup will be curated by Music Week Poland in collaboration with the College of Critics. However, we invite you to attend the conference, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow artists, industry professionals, and representatives from the Polish and European music scenes. We look forward to seeing you at Music Week Poland!

Accommodations and Logistics

While we don’t directly handle bookings, we’ll provide a list of recommended places to stay in Warsaw closer to the event.

Wristbands can be collected at the designated registration point located in the Polish History Museum.

Please visit the registration desk for assistance.

The official currency is the Polish Zloty (PLN). All shops, taxi’s, public transport and venues accept credit and debit cards.

Family and Pets

Music Week Poland is open to all ages! However, some events may have age restrictions, and minors may require a permit to attend concerts. Full details will be included in the program.

Pets are not allowed at most venues. Please check individual venue policies.

Babies are welcome, especially in the conference area at the Polish History Museum, which offers facilities for parents. However, some concert venues might not be suitable for young children. Please check the specific venue details closer to the event.

Music Week Poland to interdyscyplinarne wydarzenie, które w czerwcu zgromadzi w Warszawie artystów, branżowych profesjonalistów, dziennikarzy i naukowców z Polski i Europy. Przez trzy dni i noce odbywać się będą panele, warsztaty, spotkania poświęcone ważnym tematom współczesnej branży muzycznej oraz koncerty młodych artystów i artystek, którzy są gotowi na podbój międzynarodowych scen.
