1. How can I become a delegate?
In order to become a delegate with Music Week Poland you will first need to get a Pro Pass over at Eventim. The Pro Pass will allow you to enter the conference, as well as all the festival venues. Once you have your Pro Pass, register for the delegate portal on our website and reap all the benefits!
Alternatively, if you received a personal invitation to become a delegate, just register to the delegate portal and a link to get your Pro Pass will await you once your registration is approved.
2. What do I gain by becoming a delegate?
By becoming a delegate, you get a chance to attend an impressive lineup of panels and concerts curated by some of the most experienced Polish music industry professionals. You’ll also be able to access a useful networking tool, i.e. the MWP delegate database, and network with fellow delegates from around the world.
3. How do I register?
You can pre-register by filling in your email address above. You will then receive an automated email with a link to the actual registration form. Once you fill that in, we will process your registration and grant you access to the delegate portal in due course.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only approve registrations either from users who have bought Pro Passes or from users whom we have personally invited to register. If you want your registration to be accepted post-haste, please get your Pro Pass before you register!
4. When will my registration be accepted?
