Home / About
Music Week Poland was born out of ambition, aspiration, and need—but also out of the great potential of Poland’s music scene.
We envisioned it as a gateway for Polish and Eastern European artists to enter the dynamic and ever-expanding European music markets. And our intuition proved us right. The first edition of Music Week Poland, which took place in late June 2025, gained praise and recognition from artists, professionals, and fans alike. With over 60 thrilling concerts and deeply engaging panels, it was an event that truly celebrated music discovery.
Education and networking in the spotlight
Over several days, Music Week Poland also served as a meeting point where professionals and artists had the chance to converge and connect in a safe, open-minded, and encouraging environment.
Artists and their crews, professionals from different backgrounds, and audiences engaged in a natural, organic cultural exchange.
We fully understand that education, networking, and the need for competence and expertise are fundamental to the growth of the music market. Our mission – as the first edition of Music Week Poland has shown – is to support all participants – artists, managers, publishers, and concert and festival organizers – on this journey.
In this global conversation about music, we pledge to continue amplifying voices from local scenes and exploring regional prospects, undertones, and experiences.
In the coming years, as we proved in 2025, we will continue to connect with our neighbors, recognizing them as our natural partners. We believe that creativity and talent are infinite resources that fuel sustainable and balanced economic growth – not just for creators and audiences, but also for the environment. Cooperation is always more rewarding than competition.
Having said all this, there are also things we choose not to do or believe in: genre pigeonholing, community divisions, and generational exclusions. We fully understand that music does not exist in a void, which is why we continue to unite people across multiple platforms – not only through music, but also through literature, film, design, new media, and technology. We seek those areas where music intertwines with economics, politics, and social issues.
Above all, we are unafraid of tackling topics that are tough and demanding. As in the first edition of MWP, we will continue to thoroughly and boldly discuss the challenges that the music market faces.

Our mission
Music Week Poland was born out of ambition, aspiration and need but also out of the great potential of Poland’s music scene. We envision it as a gateway for Polish and Eastern European artists to enter the dynamic and ever-expanding European music markets. At the same time, it will serve as a meeting point where professionals and artists will have the chance to converge and connect in a safe, open-minded, and encouraging environment. Here, artists and their crews, professionals from different backgrounds, and audiences will engage in a very natural, organic cultural exchange.
In our quest, we fully comprehend that education, networking, and the need for competence and expertise are fundamental to the growth of the music market. Our mission is to support all participants–artists, managers, publishers, and concert and festival organizers–on this journey.
In this global conversation about music, we plan to amplify voices from local scenes, and search for regional prospects, undertones, experiences. We aim to connect with our neighbors, recognizing them as our natural partners. We believe that creativity and talent are infinite resources that fuel sustainable and balanced economic growth–not just for creators and the audiences, but also for the environment. Cooperation is always more rewarding than competition.
Having said all this, there are also things we choose not to do or believe in: genre pigeonholing, community divisions, and generational exclusions. We plan to seek those areas where music intertwines with economics, politics, and social issues.
Above all, we are unafraid of tackling topics that are tough and demanding. We will thoroughly and boldly discuss the challenges that the music market faces. We will, no doubt, examine our values, standards, and principles. And even in the most heated moments, we will never lose sight of the core reasons we fell in love with music in the first place–its earnest emotions and pure joy.
